A Few Really Important Things to Know
If your dog has loose stools, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE HOTEL AND DAYCARE.
We have a zero tolerance aggression policy. If your dog is the instigator in any fight, they will not be allowed back into the daycare. You may still board your dog here, but it will be on solo walks only.
If your pet is not up to date on all of its shots, they will not be allowed in the daycare or near other dogs.
All dogs must have a flat collar on while in the daycare. If you use a training collar, you must provide a flat collar well upon drop off.
Please know we are not responsible for lost items. If you choose to bring toys and bones, there is a chance they will be lost in the laundry and not returned to you.
Please be sure to read our liability waiver and know the rules before leaving your dog at the hotel and daycare.
