Meet Mandy!

Happy Friday, everyone! And happy Pride! Hope everyone is gearing up for a fantastic, restful weekend.

Today we want to introduce you to Mandy Coutts! Mandy has just celebrated her first full year with The Urban Hound and we're incredibly grateful to have her as a part of our team. She walks in rain or shine, with a bright smile and the impression that the only place she wants to be is with the dogs she has in tow.

Mandy will be joining us in the Hound Hotel as soon as we open. Although she will definitely be missed on the street, she will be a welcoming face to all that see her every morning at the front desk. As our Hotel and Daycare Manager, she will be available to answer any questions you may have on a day to day basis.

We also want to direct your attentions to SCAD Bangkok, a really wonderful rescue organization. Founded in 2002, SCAD is a non-profit organization that works to reduce and improve the lives of Bangkok's strays, creating a healthier and happier environment for them to live in. They focus on neighborhoods that have been affected by the larger numbers of strays, making sure to involve residents and local businesses, encouraging an understanding and tackling the issue on a whole at a community level. And finally, it's time to mark your calendars! The Urban Hound has a SOWA date - come see us July 11th, where we'll be able to get some great information on our packages, training demos with Nick and Mandy, and an incredibly cool look into sneak peak of the building. We'll also be running a raffle, where we'll be giving away five free 1-Day Daycare passes and a Grand Prize of one free stay in our Luxe suite. Each ticket will be sold for five dollars and proceeds will go to the Animal Rescue League.
